Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Additionally, we ask clients to be mindful of repeated cancellations, as frequent changes to the schedule can significantly disrupt our estheticians' availability and affect other clients.
Failure to pay cancellation fees may result in the suspension of your online booking privileges.
Late Arrival Policy
We do our best to accommodate every client, but arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling your appointment. This helps us stay on track and ensures each client receives the full experience they deserve.
