Hold 6–8 inches away from the face and mist onto freshly cleansed skin. Follow with moisturizer while skin is still slightly damp.

Shani first experienced the magic of nature and holistic healing in the countryside in Jamaica — where her lineage lies. She witnessed her elders picking herbs from the garden to brew a cup of tea with, further healing with those same leaves to treat a skin ailment. The fundamental practice of "bringing nature in" further deepened her interest and perspective on total well-being. Those treasured moments were the catalyst for Shani to advance her education on the powers of plant medicine and functional herbs.

IN GROOV was born out of a love for nature, with a combined passion for healing and inspiring others on their journey of adopting holistic practices rooted in finding balance, harmony, and getting "in a groov" for the greatest good of one's whole being.
