Hyaluronic acid is an excellent moisturiser as it acts like a “moisture magnet”. It can hold up to 1000 times its own weight in water and has the amazing ability to attract and bind water molecules, keeping collagen hydrated while plumping, softening and smoothing the skin. With age, the body’s ability to produce its own hyaluronic acid diminishes therefore topical application helps replenish the skin.

LACTIC ACID
Lactic acid is an exfoliating alpha-hydroxy acid [AHA] that helps promote the shedding of dead skin cells. It is gentle on the skin, helping reduce breakouts and diminishing the appearance of wrinkles and other signs of ageing.

MANUKA HONEY
Highly valued for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, which accelerate natural wound repair to provide outstanding healing properties, Mãnuka Honey also works as a humectant, drawing vital moisture into the skin to nourish and restore, while balancing the skin’s pH levels.

[01] To brighten and resurface skin, apply one dropper of SUPERDOSE LUMINOSITY MASQUE to clean, damp skin. Cover face and neck, avoiding eyes.

[02] OPTIONAL: Massage ice directly over SUPERDOSE LUMINOSITY MASQUE, working your way around the face until fully melted. This enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing for brighter, healthier skin.

[03] Leave for 10 minutes, then rinse skin with warm water. Due to the active ingredients, you may experience a tingling or warming sensation.

KERATOSIS PILARIS: Superdose Luminosity Masque can also be used weekly to treat keratosis pilaris [dry, ‘goosebump’ skin usually found underneath the upper arms, thighs and buttocks] and patches of eczema on the body. Regular gentle exfoliation of these conditions improves surface texture and increases moisture absorption. Follow with Sans [ceuticals] Cellular Repair Lotion or Activator 7 Oil to further heal and restore the skin’s barrier function.

ACNE SPOT TREATMENT: Superdose Luminosity Masque can also be used from time-to-time as an acne spot treatment. Apply a small amount to blemish before bed. Wash skin with warm water in morning. Lactic acid works to eliminate bad bacteria and encourage a healthy microbiome. It unclogs pores, removes dead skin cells and excess oil, resulting in clearer skin and less breakouts.
