For the cleanest line, start at the center of the lash line and work outward using short, light strokes. Use the ultra-fine tip to fill toward the inner corner, keeping close to the lashes for subtle definition. For a lifted look, extend the line slightly upward from the outer corner. Let it dry fully before applying mascara or layering.
