1. After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning, apply Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 2.
2. Massage into the face and neck, morning and evening.
3. Use for a minimum of 1 - 2 bottles before progressing to Vita-Antioxidant AVST 3 Moisturiser.
